I have purchased a building on Main St here in La Porte City to move Double Lung Archery to. 5500 sq ft of space!
The new building will allow DLA to offer elevated shooting, something I have always wanted to have available. The new range will be aprox 30-32 yards long and will have 13 or 14 lanes! 9 on the ground floor and 4 or 5 from the elevated balcony. From the balcony shooters will be able to shoot at targets down on the ground floor as well as targets on a balcony at the far end of the range! The new building will also have a much larger work area for me as the service portion of the business continues to grow at a rapid pace.
DLA will still be in our current building thru July 31st and will open in the new building on Aug 2nd.
New leagues will start shortly after that so make sure you get signed up.
This year the annual Hunter's Swap Meet will also be a Grand Re-Opening celebration, I have not picked a date yet but will let everyone know as soon as I get it figured out.
